We cannot understand who are selling their “high-end designed places” at a 40% off rate, if compared with us or others.

No, actually we can.

That can happen because we have a very high service standard they don’t, a very good tailor made – based on details – service they can’t imagine, a skilled customer care service they cannot build, a concierge attitude they are not able to plan. And a completely, up to date furnishing and client focused items.

They know budget, we know competition.
